Important Announcement Regarding Operational Changes and Transition Period
Dear Valued Vendors and Customers,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of some significant developments regarding our operations at JMF.
Over the past 15 years, JMF has been leasing our current premises situated in Sellersville, PA.
Recently, our current building was acquired by a large real estate investment firm, who have indicated their intention to vacate all existing tenants, including us. In accordance with our lease agreement, we were served with a notice to terminate our lease on April 3rd, with the stipulated deadline for vacating the premises set for May 31st. Understandably, this abrupt timeline presents considerable logistical challenges for us.
In light of these circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend the acceptance of all new orders and production activities effective Monday, April 8th, 2024, for a period of approximately six weeks. This hiatus will afford us the necessary time to fulfill our existing backlog of orders and focus on the new facility, as well as meticulously plan our relocation.
I assure you that we are committed to minimizing any disruption to our services and will endeavor to keep you updated on our progress throughout this transition period. Your patience and understanding during this challenging time are sincerely appreciated, and I encourage you to reach out should you have any questions or concerns.
